It's a little late, but still relevant.
So Boston won the Stanley Cup, as they celebrated, Vancouver trashed their town into a downright flaming field.
Do you think they went overboard when doing so?

Of course they went overboard. You can't be surprised though. A bunch of diehard Vancouver fans watched their team lose to an American team. The Canadians were beat at their own sport; hockey. It's safe to assume that these diehard Vancouver fans drank a lot of alcohol during the game and after it, so I am sure some of them were drunk.

The people who trashed their city weren't die hard hockey fans, or Vancouver fans. I can guarantee that. They were idiots looking for an excuse to riot. It would've happened win or loose.

I think Cmt said it perfectly.

Id also like to point out that the Canucks are a Canadian team, but they're not Canadian. There's more Canadians on the Bruins then there is on the Canucks.

It's ridiculous. I think Apeman and Cmt were both a little bit right, the rioters were probably drunk, and I agree with Apeman that they would have done it win or lose.
